Corvatsch Glacier Tour

Earth, stone and tussock are familiar terrain features on hiking trails. But if there is shimmering ice under your feet, this is not only an uplifting feeling, but also an instance which requires a mountain guide. Both are available on the Corvatsch. There is a sophisticated terrain profile, ice trails and for good measure an extensive panoramic view of prominent peaks: Piz Bernina, Piz Roseg, the Sella group and the Bergell peaks in the south. After the ascent of Piz Murtél (3,433 m), the glacier surface is traversed up to Piz Corvatsch before the tour returns to Fuorcla Surlej via the east flank.
