From mid-December to mid-March, the varied terrain at the edge of the village of Samedan is a popular spot for families and ski schools. Young snowboarders enjoy the slope’s small kickers and jumps. Two practice lifts serve the wide, sunny piste, which has a large car park at the bottom. The restaurant offers local snacks such as mountain cheese and Graubünden barley soup, and has a small playground for young children.
