Here you can sample all the culinary delights the Engadin has to offer: Zouzer Heusuppe (Zuoz hay soup), capuns, maluns, krautpizokel, plain in pigna, braised Graubünden beef, Alpine honey parfait with red bilberries, sweet pancakes with vanilla ice cream .... And all of it is, of course, home-made, fresh bread from a wood-fired oven and a fine selection of excellent wines from the extensive wine cellar.
