The trip with the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) from Chur to Tiefencastel to the Engadin, with its helical tunnels and breathtakingly high viaducts, is one of the most scenic and technically interesting in Europe. Another option is to travel from Landquart via Klosters and the Vereina Tunnel. This way you can reach the St. Moritz region from Zurich Main Railway Station in just 3 hours and 21 minutes.
Journey of discovery / charter carriages
The railway line through the Albula valley to Engadin St. Moritz, with its spiral tunnels and giddying viaducts, is one of the most picturesque and interesting in the whole of Europe. Together with the Bernina line, it became part of UNESCO World Heritage in 2008. Travelling along this route in an observation car is an enjoyable experience; gliding along in a charter carriage or even a special train of the SBB (Swiss Federal Railways) or the RhB (Rhaetian Railway) is a very special thrill. Book the Alpine Classic Pullman for a dose of nostalgia, the Stiva Retica for classic Graubünden ambiance, the Pianobar wagon for stylish modern design – or the Gourmino dining car for a gourmet adventure.
Congress Ticket train

Condition: all enrolled participants obtain the Congress Ticket, regardless of how many actually use it.
Unbeatable views from a seat on an observation car of the Albula Line
From December 20th 2008 to April 13th 2009, travellers on the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) can enjoy a special attraction on the section between Chur and St. Moritz, as all Albula-line trains will also include an additional Bernina Express observation car. Seats in these carriages can be reserved (and are subject to the corresponding supplement). Passengers can thus be sure of getting a seat.
