Opposite Diavolezza, the Bernina mountain range towers above the scenery, featuring eight peaks around 4,000m tall. A feast for the eyes of nature lovers and a paradise for climbers and Alpine hunters.

Apart from the most popular destinations of Piz Palü and Piz Bernina, this mountain region presents a range of other options to experience it, such as glacier hiking across the snouts of Pers and Morteratsch firn, climbing the 500 iron rungs of the Piz Trovat via ferrata, or simply enjoying a bath in Europe’s highest whirlpool.

From the photo point at the Diavolezza lower terminal, guests can get picture-postcard snapshots of the summits.

The terrace at the upper terminal was expanded in September 2014. It makes the impressive mountain backdrop featuring the Bernina range and Pers and Morteratsch glaciers a yet more powerful experience.
