Facebook Prize Draw Disclaimer and Conditions of Entry

This prize draw is not in any way associated with or sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. The organiser (Engadin St. Moritz Tourism Organisation) is the sole point of contact and party responsible.

The prize draw commences on Tuesday, 10 June 2014 and ends on Monday, 7 July 2014 at 9.00am. To take part in the prize draw, an entry (photograph or video) should be sent by e-mail to: pr@estm.ch. Multiple entries submitted by the same person will be treated as one entry. Participation is free of charge.

Entries that violate Facebook guidelines, Swiss law and/or copyright law will be removed without warning immediately they are identified. Consequently, the person concerned will be excluded from participating in the prize draw.

Entrants must be 18 years old and over and have legal capacity to act. Entrants aged 17 years or under require the express permission of a parent or guardian. Employees of the Engadin St. Moritz Tourism Organisation and all companies involved in the draw, as well as their families, are not eligible for entry.

Winners will be drawn at random on a weekly basis after the relevant closing date:

1. The first week running from 10 June 2014, 9.00am to 16 June 2014, 9.00am. The draw will be for the following prize:
   voucher for an evening meal at the Restaurant Crap da Fö in Pontresina
2. The second week running from 16 June 2014, 9.00am to 23 June 2014, 9.00am. The draw will be for the following prize:
   voucher for an evening meal at the Stars restaurant in Surlej
3. The third week running from 24 June 2014 at 9.00am to 30 June 2014 at 9.00am. The draw will be for the following prize:
   voucher for an evening meal at the Hotel Laudinella in St. Moritz
4. The fourth week running from 30 June 2014 at 9.00am to 7 July 2014 at 9.00am. The draw will be for the following prize:
   voucher for an evening meal at the Gasthaus Krone in La Punt

The main winner will be drawn at random after the prize draw closes at 9.00am on 7 July 2014. The main prize comprises 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 persons at the Hotel Schweizerhof, St. Moritz.

The winners will be notified by e-mail.

Arrangements for the prize comprising hotel accommodation must be made directly between the winner and the prize draw partner; all guarantees or liability on the part of Engadin St. Moritz is excluded. Travel to and from the venue where the prize takes place (airport, railway station, etc.) shall be paid by the winner, unless otherwise stated within the terms of the prize draw. The same applies to all costs that arise during the trip (minibar, etc.). In the event that the prize only comprises hotel accommodation, the winner must pay all travel and additional costs themselves.

By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the publication and use of their entry on, and outside of, Facebook.

No Facebook names of participants shall be collected or stored. Only the winners’ address details shall be recorded and used only to send the prizes. All personal data shall be treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties.

Engadin St. Moritz reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw, as well as to adapt, modify or cancel the prize draw, in the event that irregularities are identified or if there are reasons for suspecting technical manipulation in any form.

The prize draw is held in German and English. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No correspondence will be entered into and the judges’ decision is final. Exclusively Swiss law shall apply.
